Our fence installation process

  1. 1

    Walk the line

We walk the fence line with you, confirm where it goes, and note gates, slopes and any existing fence to tie into.

  2. 2

    Quote materials and layout

You get a written estimate showing fence type, height, gates and total length.

  3. 3

    Set posts

Posts are set first and set solid, because everything else hangs on them.

  4. 4

    Hang and finish

Panels and gates go up level, hardware is adjusted, and we clean up. We confirm every section on the quote is done before we call it complete.

Fence Installation FAQs

Vinyl or wood fencing?

Vinyl needs very little upkeep and does not rot or need staining. Wood costs less up front and has a classic look but needs sealing or staining over time. We install both.

How fast can a fence go up?

Many residential fences are installed in a day or two once materials are on site. One neighbor-referred customer had a new fence within a day of agreeing to the work.

Do I need to know my exact property line?

It is your responsibility to know where your boundary is, so check your survey or plat if you are unsure. We will confirm the layout with you before digging.

Do I need a permit or HOA approval?

Many cities limit fence height and style, and most HOAs require approval of the design. Check with your city and HOA first. We can help you with details for the application.

Can you remove my old fence?

Yes. We can take out old fencing and haul it away as part of the job.

Can you add a gate to an existing fence?

Yes. We add gates and side sections to existing fences, sized so they swing and latch properly.

Will you finish every section on the quote?

Yes. Every section on the written quote is part of the job. If the scope changes, we write it down and agree before we start.
